Chief Operations Officer and Head of Product
May 2020 - April 2024
In my dual role as COO and Head of Product I play a pivotal role managing two platforms. I led the strategic development and successful launch of Xomio, A cutting-edge website builder, custom developed for prop-tech.
Leading the lifecycle of Xomio from concept to production demanded a keen understanding of market dynamics and user needs. Working closely with cross-functional teams, I crafted a user-friendly product that exceeded leaderships expectations.
Expanding our Global Referral Network to over 2 Billion in annual revenues, with 800,000+ users required strategic planning and meticulous execution. I collaborated with diverse teams, ensuring our network not only grew in numbers but also in functionality and user satisfaction.
I successfully transformed the company from a hybrid model to a fully virtual team. I developed and efficient virtual workspace for our cross functional team, choosing the right internal tools to provide the company with the right processes, insights and control we wanted.
I formalised our cross functional teams creating Hr practices and Onboarding flows for each functional team. I significantly reduced out timelines for hiring and onboarding throughout departments, most significantly in the Dev teams where onboarding and ability to be productive in sprints went from 3m+ to 2 weeks.

Restaurateur
Feb 2017 - Feb 2018
I built a highly successful Southern restaurant and craft cocktail bar in Barcelona, Dirty South BCN. In just one year, taking my Southern American heritage as inspiration, I partnered with my husband to take on the project from the ground up. We achieved national and international press recognition (Condé Nast Traveller, National Geographic, La Vanguardia, etc, as well as just about every food blog in the city) with no PR budget, and we broke into the top 10% of restaurants and bars in Barcelona on Tripadvisor, Yelp and FourSquare review metrics. Far more importantly, we and our customers had a fantastic time, creating and enjoying amazing food and spectacular cocktails.
I did complete interior design of our 180sqm space, which involved a complete remodel and kit out. I custom designed all our furniture / fittings and had them produced by local craftsmen. I developed all branding materials and developed our companies general ethos. I branded and produced our own local beer and hot sauce. I enjoyed creating events and running our social media; Bringing our Instagram followers to 8k+ and Facebook to 4k+. I made a point to work with as many local artists, designed and creators as possible to make sure we connected with our city.
Founder and CEO
Dec 2011 - April 2014
At just 19, I bypassed traditional education, venturing into tech world by founding Le Crib. This startup disrupted the furniture industry by providing local craftsmen and designers with a direct to consumer model. With a small team, I crafted a unique online shopping experience, featuring a curated collection of distinctive homewear from around the world.
Le Crib's innovative concept caught global attention, earning me a feature interview at the age of 21 with Bloomberg news in London. With 10,000+ suppliers, the platform thrived as a creative marketplace, connecting artisans with a global audience. The platform's uniqueness lay in its interactive features, empowered users to shape their living spaces authentically by searching not just based on item type but color, style, material, measurements and more .Beyond furniture, Le Crib offered exclusive access to one-of-a-kind pieces, direct from the creators, art, and everyday essentials. It aimed to transform houses into personalized sanctuaries. Each item was curated to reflect individuality, turning homes into unique expressions of personal taste.
Le Crib was my dynamic venture, teaching me vital skills in tech management, client logistics, and marketing. Despite its closure, the experience was transformative, providing a strong foundation for my career. It stands as a testament to my innovation and determination, propelling me forward in my professional journey.
